They are indicative starting prices per unit. The final figure depends on quantity, finish, delivery town and whether you want installation included. We confirm everything in a written quote before you pay anything.
Both. Many customers buy materials only and use their own fundi. If you want it done end-to-end, our installation teams handle gutters, flooring, turf and decking.
Yes. We serve from 17 towns: Nairobi, Thika, Ruiru, Athi River, Machakos, Kajiado, Murang'a, Nakuru, Naivasha, Narok, Bomet, Kericho, Kisii, Kisumu, Kakamega, Bungoma and Eldoret. Those are the bases we work out of, so anywhere around them is covered too, and we quote for the rest of Kenya on request. Delivery cost depends on volume and distance.
A typical three-bedroom home's gutter run is done in a day. Flooring runs at roughly 40–60 sqm per day per team. We confirm timelines after the site survey.
